Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SherGuard, including the dashboard, APIs, security modules, trust intelligence services, account features, and related platform infrastructure.
1. Platform Provider
SherGuard is operated by SHER MALIK LLC. SherGuard provides trust intelligence, fraud prevention, bot detection, device risk analysis, API abuse protection, payment fraud intelligence, and related security services for businesses, developers, and organizations.
2. Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, organization workspaces, login credentials, API keys, team member access, roles, permissions, and internal usage controls.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use SherGuard for unlawful activity, malicious automation, unauthorized access attempts, abusive traffic generation, fraud operations, security attacks, scraping abuse, or any activity intended to disrupt, misuse, or compromise the platform.
4. API Usage
SherGuard API access may be subject to rate limits, scoped permissions, enabled module restrictions, usage quotas, plan limits, monitoring, and security controls designed to protect platform reliability and customer data.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions provide access to selected SherGuard plans, modules, API usage, organization features, team seats, and usage allowances based on the active subscription. Subscription features may vary by plan.
6. Security and Monitoring
SherGuard may monitor platform activity, API usage, suspicious behavior, account security events, and system activity to protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and improve reliability.
7. Suspension or Termination
SherGuard may suspend or terminate access if an account is involved in abuse, fraud, malicious traffic, security violations, payment misuse, policy violations, or activity that may harm SherGuard, customers, or third-party systems.
8. Service Availability
SherGuard aims to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, real-time detection accuracy, and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.
9. No Guaranteed Fraud Prevention
SherGuard provides risk intelligence and security decision support. Customers remain responsible for how they configure, interpret, and apply SherGuard results within their own business systems and workflows.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SherGuard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, operational, or business damages arising from service usage, interruptions, misconfiguration, third-party infrastructure, or customer implementation decisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
SherGuard may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
