SherGuard Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the SherGuard Affiliate Program. By applying to, joining, or participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Affiliate Program
The SherGuard Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote SherGuard products and services using an assigned referral link, referral code, or other approved promotional method.
SherGuard reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or affiliate account at its discretion, including where an affiliate does not meet program requirements or violates these terms.
2. Eligibility and Approval
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including their name, email address, website or social profile, primary promotion channel, audience information, and intended promotional methods.
Submission of an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance. SherGuard manually reviews affiliate applications before approval.
SherGuard may request additional information before approving an application or continuing an affiliate relationship.
3. Commission
Approved affiliates are eligible to earn a 20% recurring commission on qualifying paid SherGuard subscriptions referred through their approved referral methods.
Commissions are calculated only on qualifying transactions that are successfully attributed to the affiliate and remain valid after applicable refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud checks, or other adjustments.
SherGuard may review and verify referred transactions before approving commissions for payment.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A referral must be a genuine customer who independently signs up for SherGuard through the affiliate's approved referral method and purchases an eligible paid subscription.
SherGuard may exclude transactions that appear fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, artificially generated, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with legitimate customer acquisition.
5. Self-Referrals and Fraud
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link or referral code to generate commissions from their own accounts, businesses, payment methods, or transactions that they directly control.
Affiliates may not create fake accounts, generate artificial signups, manipulate referral tracking, use bots, generate fraudulent traffic, abuse promotional codes, or otherwise attempt to obtain commissions through dishonest or unauthorized activity.
SherGuard may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions associated with suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
6. Promotional Requirements
Affiliates must promote SherGuard honestly, accurately, and professionally.
Affiliates must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about SherGuard, its security capabilities, detection accuracy, pricing, features, customers, results, or expected earnings.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by applicable advertising, consumer protection, platform, or disclosure rules.
7. Prohibited Promotion Methods
Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited bulk email, misleading advertising, fake reviews, fake testimonials, fraudulent traffic, malicious software, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, deceptive redirects, or other abusive promotional techniques.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as SherGuard employees, officers, representatives, or official customer-support personnel unless expressly authorized by SherGuard.
Affiliates may not register domains, social media accounts, advertising accounts, or other properties that intentionally impersonate SherGuard or create confusion about an official SherGuard property.
8. Search Advertising and Brand Usage
Affiliates must not use SherGuard trademarks, brand assets, or advertising keywords in a misleading manner.
Paid advertising involving SherGuard brand terms, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms may require prior written approval from SherGuard.
Affiliates must not make advertisements appear to be official SherGuard advertisements when they are not.
9. Affiliate Materials
SherGuard may provide approved promotional materials, product information, screenshots, logos, links, descriptions, or other resources for affiliate use.
Affiliates may use these materials only for legitimate promotion of SherGuard and must not modify them in a way that creates misleading claims or misrepresents the SherGuard product.
10. Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold for affiliate commissions is $50 USD.
Commissions below the minimum payout threshold may remain pending until the affiliate reaches the applicable threshold.
11. Payout Methods
SherGuard may process approved affiliate payouts through available payout methods including:
- PayPal
- Payoneer
- Bank Transfer
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information. SherGuard is not responsible for delays or failed transfers caused by incorrect payout information supplied by the affiliate.
12. Manual Payout Review
Affiliate commissions may be manually reviewed before payment. SherGuard may verify the affiliate account, referred customers, subscription status, refunds, chargebacks, fraud indicators, and other relevant information before approving a payout.
13. Suspension
SherGuard may temporarily suspend an affiliate account while reviewing suspicious activity, policy violations, fraudulent referrals, payment issues, or other concerns.
During suspension, commissions may remain pending until the review is completed.
14. Termination
SherGuard may terminate an affiliate relationship if the affiliate violates these terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, misrepresents SherGuard, damages the SherGuard brand, or otherwise participates in conduct that SherGuard reasonably considers harmful to the program or its customers.
15. Reviews and Content
Affiliates may independently review, discuss, compare, demonstrate, or recommend SherGuard provided that their statements are truthful, based on their actual experience where applicable, and do not contain misleading claims.
Affiliates must not publish fabricated reviews, fabricated customer experiences, or fabricated performance claims.
16. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for their own websites, social media accounts, advertising campaigns, content, communications, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
17. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the SherGuard Affiliate Program does not guarantee income, customers, commissions, traffic, conversions, or any specific financial result.
Affiliate earnings depend on legitimate customer referrals, conversions, subscription activity, and other factors outside SherGuard's control.
18. Program Changes
SherGuard may modify program features, commission structures, qualification requirements, payout procedures, promotional rules, or other program conditions from time to time.
SherGuard may communicate material changes to active affiliates through appropriate account or communication channels.
19. Independent Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent partners. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, agency relationship, joint venture, partnership, or legal representative relationship between the affiliate and SherGuard.
Affiliates may not make commitments, warranties, or representations on behalf of SherGuard unless expressly authorized.
